Copper Rockfish and Kelp

"Just a fish”:
This Copper Rockfish may live in this very spot for ~50 years. I noticed this fish's face peaking from under the kelp. Maybe if I was very careful not to disturb, I could photograph the fish with the kelp wafting behind? Maybe this would help increase understanding that fish have homes? Maybe more would marvel that, if female and pregnant, she could have up to 650,000 fertilized eggs inside her, birthing the young after 10 months? (Rockfish are viviparous and older females produce more eggs).

Some rockfish species live to be well over 100 years old! Sebastes caurinus to 41 cm."
