Bull Kelp (“Embrace”) 

Bull Kelp intertwined at the surface. It was a warm day at slack tide. The water was thick - so many smaller algae (phytoplankton) and zooplankton making up the soup of life. I don't think I'll ever fully capture the beauty of Bull Kelp - the greens, the flow, the forest . . . the vital importance below and above the surface.

Ready-to-hang canvas wrap. Image is mirror wrapped around a 3.8 cm (1.5″) stretcher bar. My signature is on the image.
